Hi! I’m Monique Caradine-Kitchens.

I’m a former TV personality turned coach.

For more than a decade I’ve helped hundreds of women step into their purpose and create major breakthroughs in the areas of money, wealth, abundance and influence.

I love this work! However, I know that my purpose is to do more than coach. I’m also here to train others in the same techniques used by the top coaches in the world so that we can help more people unleash overflow.

WHY THIS WORK IS SO IMPORTANT TO ME

Two big “life moments” led me to create this Certified Coaching Program.

In 2008, when the economy was crashing and my business was on life support, I made a last ditch effort to save it and I hired my first coach. During one of our sessions, she said something that created a tiny shift in my mindset. That small shift led to a BIG breakthrough for me. At that moment, I knew I wanted to become a coach. Just a few years later I received two coaching certifications giving me the confidence and credibility to continue helping women but in a more impactful way.

The second thing that led me to create the OverFlow Coach Certification program was my client and friend Priscilla Williams.

She was a member of my very first mastermind group which I launched even before I became certified. Her life and business were so impacted by my coaching style that she stayed in my programs for years.

One day she said to me, “Monique, I want to become a coach and I want you to train me.” 

What a lightbulb moment that was! I had never thought of training others to be coaches and I brushed Priscilla off for weeks! Thanks to her persistence, I finally agreed to train her and Keana Ingram who became the first OverFlow Certified Coaches and that is how the certification program began. Currently, we have a total of eleven OverFlow Certified Coaches and the fourth cohort begins soon!

I am honored to be at the forefront of this coaching movement designed to help women of color use biblical and spiritual principles to live in abundance.
